Who runs Reelationship

Reelationship is a development preview operated by Reelationship. It helps you organize discoveries sent to @reelationship.ai in a private web library. Contact reelationshipai@jizbar.com about privacy or your data.

What we receive

We receive messages you send to the Reelationship Instagram account, including shared links, any text or attachment information provided by Instagram, message identifiers, and your Instagram-scoped account identifier. We do not request your Instagram password or read conversations between you and other accounts.

On the website, we store the notes, titles, boards, plans, dates, and place details you add or confirm. We also store login challenges, session records, and limited processing and delivery records to operate the service and prevent duplicate saves.

Why we use this information

We use it to pair your browser with your Instagram identity, show and search your saves, organize boards and plans, propose useful details, and respond to deletion requests. Inferred summaries and sourced details may appear automatically, with supporting evidence available for review or correction. Calendar scheduling and other external actions still require your choice. The current app does not buy, book, post, or send messages on your behalf.

AI processing and service providers

AI enrichment sends supplied titles and notes to OpenRouter and the selected model provider, currently Kimi K2.5. We do not send your Instagram access token or browser session to the model. The standard worker uses supplied text to create concise titles, summaries, and separate place or event entries. When enabled, bounded web searches use public post text and named entities to find missing date or location details through OpenRouter and its search provider, currently Exa. Personal notes, Instagram identities, and login messages are excluded from those search queries. Search-derived details retain source links and retrieval dates. Public media enrichment is available only to an invited preview account that turns on the separate setting in Settings, and only while the operator has enabled the pilot on the server. For an opted-in save, the public Instagram URL is sent to ScrapeCreators to retrieve public caption and media metadata. Selected images or native video, which may include its audio track, are then sent through OpenRouter to Google Vertex using Gemini 3.5 Flash Lite for multimodal understanding. Turning the setting off preserves existing saved links and stops media processing for future jobs. This pilot has no standalone speech recognition, transcription, or speech-generation feature. AI providers process data under their own terms and retention practices; this preview does not promise zero retention by every provider.

Cloudflare hosts these public information pages. MongoDB Atlas stores the library. Meta delivers Instagram messages. During local testing, ngrok carries webhook requests to the development server and may retain request information in its inspection tools. These services may process data outside your country. Cookies and external links

Essential cookies keep your login challenge bound to your browser and maintain your session. This app has no advertising or third-party analytics integration. Opening an Instagram or map link takes you to that service. A map embed, when loaded, sends your browser connection information and the displayed area to OpenStreetMap.

Retention and deletion

Your active library is kept until you remove saves or delete your Reelationship account. Processed webhook payloads are removed from the application’s delivery record after processing. Small image previews received through Instagram may be cached for up to 24 hours; the app does not retain the original media for this preview feature. Signed media delivery URLs are used transiently and are not exposed in the library. Deleting or unsending a save removes its cached preview. Failed deliveries and provider or tunnel logs may persist separately during diagnosis. Login challenges expire after ten minutes; sessions expire after thirty days without use.

Account deletion removes active account data and revokes sessions. For 30 days after account deletion, limited deletion or delivery-suppression records are retained to prevent delayed jobs or repeated Instagram deliveries from restoring deleted data. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention schedules and are not automatically erased by deleting your Reelationship account. We do not promise immediate deletion from those separate systems.

Your controls

You can edit or delete saves, download your account data, and revoke sessions in Settings. Public media analysis has a separate account-level opt-in setting. It is off by default, available only when the operator enables the invited pilot on the server, and is not enabled for preview accounts as a blanket default. See the data deletion instructions to delete your account or request help without signing in. Deleting Reelationship data does not delete the original Instagram posts or messages.

Preview scope and updates

This preview is intended for invited adult testers. It is not a public production service. We will update this notice when data use or service providers change and show the updated effective date here. We do not sell the contents of your library or use them to target advertisements.
